Natasha Bannan is an experienced facilitator and leader in non-profit organizational spaces.
Social Change Strategist
Natasha’s journey into social change work has given her a breadth of experience and particular insight into organizations, groups and individuals striving to contribute to a more just world. Natasha has worked in a variety of settings, from boardrooms to firms to grassroots organizations. Each experience has been transformative, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and possibilities facing organizations tackling systemic and engrained policy and organizational challenges.
Drawing on years of experience as a volunteer, advisor, founder, board member and leader in organizational spaces, Natasha is able to hold the larger vision for what and how groups and institutions seeking to affect change can be. In each instance, Natasha seeks to help organizations develop and implement a vision and plan that will help them stay true to their mission while having the largest impact possible.
Over the years, she has served and assisted in the establishment and growth of various groups, committees and institutions.
Natasha Bannan has spent over 25 years working in the public and non-profit sectors, working on critical issues such as reproductive freedom, equity and inclusion, disability and accessibility compliance, safe and fair work places, and gender-based violence in conflict zones. Throughout her career, Bannan has served in various staff, volunteer and advisory capacities to organizations working to transform societies, power structures and create economic and social change.
Natasha believes that the collective is always more powerful and effective than its individual parts alone, and strives through her consulting and participation in social change work to expand the possibilities of the collective rather than isolate its components.
